A free 20 minute consultation will uncover the correct programme for you and the number of sessions recommended. This will also help you decide whether I am the correct practitioner to work with you, as it is important for both of us that we can work together in aiding and guiding you to the best and most fulfilling outcome for yourself. The free 20 minute consultation is only done over phone or Zoom and not in person.

Full sessions are approximately 90 mins long and many clients are met on Zoom or Telephone in the comfort of their own home. Penny is based in Chiswick, West London.

Prior to your first 90 minute session, a personal timeline is required.  This timeline should consist of highs and lows which represent your positive an negative experiences and emotions. For help creating your personal timeline, please view the following video:  Personal Timeline
